1 in 7 Nigerians aged 15–64 used a drug in the past year: about 14.3 million people.

Why prevention, why now

The drugs reaching young people today are cheaper, easier to hide and harder for adults to recognise.

They arrive as sweets, herbal mixtures and harmless-looking sachets, and they are traded through phones. Schools and parents are the first line of defence, and they need practical tools, not just warnings.

The Brainiacs Club

The book ends with children starting a club. Your school can start a real one.

"So nobody feels inferior or useless, and nobody thinks they need harmful drugs to become smart."

A student-led club with a teacher sponsor, meeting weekly or every other week for 30–45 minutes during an existing club period. It turns a one-time read into a habit, and it gives children who have been labelled "dull" a place to prove otherwise.

Now enrolling founding pilot schools for the coming term.

RememberA member shares something they learned or felt proud of this week.
ImagineA short brain-science discussion drawn from the book: the brain as a chef, a DJ, a bank.
PlanEach member sets one small, concrete goal for the week ahead.
SupportMembers answer put-downs with the book's own line: struggling does not mean you are dull.

Questions schools ask

Before you book

Is the content suitable for our pupils' ages?

Yes. Both books went through Lagos State Ministry review for the class levels listed: Basic 4–6, JSS 1–3 and SSS 1–3. Let's Talk About Drugs was also reviewed by NERDC and NDLEA. The drug information is written for young readers and focuses on protection, not shock.

What happens after we buy the books?

Books work best when they are used. Whole-School schools get staff training, a parents' session and help setting up a Brainiacs Club, so the message continues after the first read.

What is the evidence behind The Brainiacs?

The book is built on well-established research on growth mindset (Carol Dweck) and on how labels shape children's achievement (the Pygmalion effect). There is no independent study of the book itself yet. We are collecting feedback from founding pilot schools and will share results as they come in.

How does payment work?

You receive a written proposal and an invoice from 360 Mind-Matters International, a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Bulk orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery.

Do you come to our school, church or office?

Yes, anywhere in Lagos. Sessions outside Lagos can be arranged; ask us about dates and travel.
